Using the Accounts and Contacts functions in Mobileforce FSM (highlighted below), you can create new account and contact objects for your source CRM without leaving the Mobileforce FSM application.

Additionally, you can edit and review your organization's accounts and contacts, whether they were created in Mobileforce FSM or your source CRM.
