# How do I delete a quote

Mobileforce CPQ does not allow sellers or approvers to delete proposals/quotes. This is a function that is reserved for users with admin-level privileges. If you require a proposal/quote to be deleted, please contact your admin and have them go through the Mobileforce Support or follow the steps in Mobileforce Application-Level Control of Properties (only accessible by Admins).

**Caution:**

Mobileforce discourages the deletion of proposals/quotes as this can cause auditing and tracking complications in the future.
