How do I export data from a table?

Using Mobileforce CPQ, you can export a table as a .csv file, so you can use it in other applications. From the table, click the button and select Export as CSV.

Mobileforce automatically generates the .csv file and saves it to the download folder for your browser.

Note:

When you export, Mobileforce only exports the currently displayed data (and columns).

Mobileforce csv file import logic tries to import the file using the UTF-8 character encoding. If it isn't valid UTF-8, it then tries to use the Windows-1252 character encoding instead. If an input is not a valid character with either of these formats, then Mobileforce import treats the field as blank.

Note:

When you export, please save the CSV file using the UTF-8 character encoding, and import that UTF-8 encoded CSV file.

This approach is guaranteed to result in a successful import.
