How do I generate proposal documentation for my customer?

Once you have started your proposal, you can generate documentation for your customer (for example, a formal proposal PDF or an early estimate Excel file). Proposal documentation is based on templates that have already been created. For more information, see Creating Documentation Templates

Note:

You cannot generate documentation when its status is Pending Approval.

From an open quote, click the Generated Docs tab, and then click the Generate Document button to open the Select a Document Template page.

Double-click the desired template to select it, and open the Generate Doc page.

Review the document settings, and click Generate to create the document. Mobileforce creates a document based on the information in the proposal and the specified documentation template, and then adds it to the Generated Documents table on the Generated Docs page.
