Completing and Submitting Forms

Forms are created by users in a business role typically to capture customer data in a simple data entry application. These forms are typically designed to be used by technicians in the field, capturing the data using a mobile device.

To access a form using the mobile app, select Mobileforce FSM in the app and then select Forms.

Select the desired form (for example, Customer Service Requests).

A list of previously captured data using the form is displayed.

Click to create a new entry using the form.

With the customer, enter the data in the form, and press Create when finished.
